Terms and Conditions – 288wim Platform Rules and User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 288wim platform – including the slots section, sports betting section, live casino or any other feature – you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is effective from the moment you register an account or begin using the platform, whichever comes first.

These terms should be read alongside the 288wim Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 288wim. Where there is any conflict between documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence unless stated otherwise.

288wim reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continuing to use the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

2. Eligibility

To use the 288wim platform you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the platform.
• You must be registering and using the platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been barred from gaming platforms for conduct-related reasons.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a 288wim employee or partner organisation where that relationship creates a conflict of interest.

288wim reserves the right to request age and identity verification documentation at any time. If verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, 288wim may restrict access to the account pending resolution, or close the account entirely if verification fails.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one account on the 288wim platform. If you already have an account, you may not create a second one under any circumstances, including under a different name, email address or phone number.

When registering, you are required to provide:

• Your real full name as it appears on your identity documents
• A valid personal email address
• A valid Pakistan mobile number
• Your date of birth
• Any other information requested during the registration process

Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these terms. 288wim will close any account where the registered information is found to be incorrect or fraudulent, and any balance in such accounts may be forfeited.

You are responsible for keeping your account login details – username, password and any two-factor authentication methods – confidential. Do not share these with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact 288wim support immediately. 288wim is not liable for losses incurred through unauthorised account access where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

4. Deposits and Payments

All transactions on 288wim are conducted in PKR. Supported deposit methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant transfer, bank transfer (IBFT), Visa, Mastercard and selected mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may change and the Deposit page reflects the current options.

You may only deposit using payment methods that are registered in your own name or that you are the authorised user of. Using a payment method belonging to another person is prohibited and will be treated as a breach of these terms.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are typically credited to your 288wim balance within the timeframe specified for the chosen method. Processing delays caused by the payment provider are outside 288wim's control.
• If a deposit does not reflect within the expected window, contact 288wim support before attempting to re-submit the payment. Duplicate submissions can result in double charges that take time to reverse.
• 288wim does not accept deposits that are sourced from illegal activity. Any funds identified as having an unlawful origin will be held pending investigation and may be reported.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on 288wim are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible. Withdrawals to a different payment method may require additional verification.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, 288wim may require identity and payment verification documents. This is a standard security measure to protect your funds and prevent fraud. Delays in providing requested documentation will delay withdrawal processing.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to any active wagering requirements associated with bonuses applied to your account. Funds that form part of an incomplete bonus wagering requirement may not be withdrawable until those requirements are met.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account area.
• 288wim reserves the right to perform additional checks on withdrawal requests that it considers unusual or that fall outside normal account usage patterns.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by method. 288wim will complete its side of the transaction within the timeframe stated, but final receipt depends on the receiving payment provider.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

The general rules that govern sports betting, casino games and slot games at 288wim are as follows:

Sports Betting

All sports bets placed at 288wim are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport and market in question. These rules cover settlement procedures, void conditions, postponed events, weather interruptions and other scenarios that affect whether a bet stands or is voided. Relevant rules are accessible within the betting interface.

• A bet is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation from the 288wim platform. An unconfirmed bet is not a valid bet.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which the bet is accepted. Live in-play odds update in real time and the odds applicable are those confirmed at the moment of bet acceptance.
• Bets on cricket markets – including PSL matches, T20 internationals and other domestic and international fixtures – are settled according to the outcome of the relevant match or competition under the specific rules for that market.
• 288wim reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event result is already known, regardless of how the bet was placed.

Slot Games and Casino

All slot games available at 288wim use Random Number Generator technology provided by the game studios. Each spin is independent. RTP information for individual games is available within the game's paytable or information section.

• In the event of a technical fault during a game – including disconnection, game crash or incorrect game outcome display – 288wim will investigate and settle the round based on the actual game data recorded on the game server, not the player's device display.
• Any malfunction that affects the integrity of a game round will result in that round being voided and any stakes returned.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software, exploits or any other technical means is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

288wim may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins or other promotional incentives to new and existing users from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion.

• Bonuses are not withdrawable as cash unless and until any applicable wagering requirement has been completed in full.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be staked before withdrawal is permitted. The specific multiplier and eligible games or markets for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred or shared.
• 288wim reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer that has been claimed through abuse of the promotion system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated account activity or any other form of promotion abuse.
• Bonuses that have not been used within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms will expire and be removed from the account.

8. Responsible Gaming

We encourage all users to:

• Set a personal PKR budget for each session before opening the platform
• Set a time limit for each session and log off when it is reached

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 288wim platform:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification
• Using payment methods that are not registered to you or that you are not the authorised user of
• Attempting to manipulate game or bet outcomes through any technical or social means
• Coordinating with other users to exploit bonuses, odds or promotions in a manner not intended by 288wim
• Using automated systems, bots or scripting tools to interact with the platform
• Any activity that constitutes match-fixing, corruption of sporting events or other forms of sports integrity violation
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Allowing a minor to use your account under any circumstances

Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately pending investigation. 288wim may close such accounts, forfeit any balance associated with prohibited activity, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

288wim reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification when requested
• Suspicious activity including unusual transaction patterns or betting behaviour inconsistent with normal use
• Requests from payment processors, financial institutions or law enforcement
• Account inactivity for an extended period as defined by 288wim's operational policy

Where an account is closed for a breach of terms, any balance that relates to prohibited activity may be forfeited. Balances that are unrelated to any breach will be handled in accordance with 288wim's standard withdrawal procedures subject to verification requirements.

Users may also close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting 288wim customer support. Any pending bets or active wagering requirements will be addressed in accordance with standard platform rules at the time of closure.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 288wim platform – including the brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, game interfaces and software – is the intellectual property of 288wim or its licensed content providers. Nothing on the platform gives you any right to use, copy, distribute or reproduce this content without explicit written permission from 288wim.

Game content provided by third-party studios is subject to those studios' own intellectual property rights. 288wim is licensed to present this content on the platform. You are permitted to access game content as a registered user through the platform interface only.

12. Limitation of Liability

288wim provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous availability and accurate information, 288wim does not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the platform will be free from errors at all times.

• 288wim is not liable for any loss – financial or otherwise – arising from technical failures, communication outages, delays or errors that are outside its reasonable control.
• 288wim is not liable for any decision you make in relation to bets or gaming activity based on information accessed on the platform. All betting and gaming decisions are yours alone.
• In the event of a system error that results in an incorrect bet settlement or game result, 288wim reserves the right to correct the settlement once the error is identified. This may result in winnings being adjusted or reversed.
• 288wim's total liability to any user in connection with these terms is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the relevant period, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

13. Changes to Terms

288wim may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Changes of material significance will be communicated to registered users through the platform or via the registered contact details on file.

Continued use of the 288wim platform following publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting support.
